Swim date with my girl squad!

I woke up extra early today to knock out some work so that I could spend the day swimming with my babe! #LifeByDesign

I'm presenting at a conference tomorrow and want to be overly prepared! People spent their hard earned money on tickets to this conference, so I want to deliver! Plus this speaking event brings me back to my teaching days!

Someone recently asked me why I share all my best tips with so many other coaches. 🤔

Here's the deal: I believe in being a river not a reservoir. I believe there's enough room at the top for anyone who wants to work hard to get there! The only secret to my success is hard freaking work. I work like most won't work because I plan on living the rest of my years like most will never be able live. ✨

And I feel alive and fired up when I'm in work mode! I hate feeling lazy and unproductive (unless it comes to housework- because I do everything in my power to avoid that!)
